Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM functions, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven success implementing AI tools, automation, and data-driven systems to optimize revenue performance.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) and modern RevOps technologies.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning processes.
  • Experience designing compensation plans, incentive structures, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience partnering at the executive level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Revenue Operations function, aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success around a unified go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive AI adoption and automation across revenue workflows, including forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Own sales planning processes such as territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and annual/quarterly forecasting.
  • Build and maintain a modern RevOps tech stack, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance and pipeline health.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define KPIs, track performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee sales enablement strategies, including onboarding, training, and continuous development programs.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
