Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue, sales, or business operations at a SaaS or technology company.
  • 5+ years leading operations functions at the senior manager, director, or VP level, including managing managers.
  • Deep expertise in full RevOps stack: pipeline management, forecasting, territory design, and marketing operations.
  • Experience in revenue enablement and building operational programs for GTM teams.
  • Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and rationalizing technology platforms (consolidating, migrating, or retiring).
  • Hands-on advanced proficiency with Salesforce and experience with HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or agent frameworks) for operational workflows.
  • Strong financial acumen, including familiarity with ARR/MRR modeling and unit economics.
  • Experience operating across enterprise, mid-market, and growth segments.
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at the board and C-suite level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end operational infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Creator, and Enablement operations.
  • Manage pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design, lead routing, and deal operations.
  • Drive renewal and expansion operations by partnering with Client Services and Creator Success teams.
  • Establish operational cadences including performance reviews, business reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Evaluate and modernize the existing tech stack to drive system consolidation and data quality.
  • Champion AI-powered workflows and agent-assisted processes to accelerate GTM functions.
  • Develop a forward-looking operations roadmap aligned with company OKRs and AI transformation strategy.
  • Manage and develop a team including a Principal RevOps Manager, Director of Creator Ops, and Head of Sales Enablement.
