Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in engineering, architecture, or design consulting.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on mission-critical or data center infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
- Experience delivering projects through all phases of design and construction support.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution, critical power systems, mechanical cooling, and HVAC infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ICT and low-voltage systems.
- Proficiency with BIM and multidisciplinary design coordination processes.
- Experience with Revit, ACC / BIM 360, Revizto, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Professional Engineer (PEng) license, Registered Architect, or PMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams consisting of Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, Structural, BIM/VDC, and Architectural professionals.
- Manage all phases of project delivery from proposal development and kickoff through design completion and construction support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project financial performance including fee utilization, forecasts, invoicing, and change management.
- Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables comply with QA/QC standards and industry best practices.
- Support business development activities including proposals and fee estimates.
- Mentor project teams to promote collaboration and technical excellence.
