Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including product catalogue setup and affiliate coordination.
  • Solid experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of paid social funnels, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical proficiency with data-driven decision making based on performance metrics.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets of significant scale with accountability for ROAS and CAC.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads with a primary focus on TikTok.
  • Set up, optimize, and scale TikTok Shop campaigns including product-linked ads and shoppable content strategy.
  • Develop and test ad creatives in collaboration with creative teams, focusing on UGC-style content and short-form video.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, and placements to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data to produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current on TikTok algorithm updates, ad products, and e-commerce trends.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on promotional calendars and product launches.
