Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, creative, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfort working with ad budgets and optimizing toward performance goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously.
  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable working on an EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
  • Clear and confident English communication, written and verbal.
  • Comfortable participating in live meetings with U.S. stakeholders.
  • Coachable and open to feedback on communication style and campaign direction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Write and coordinate ad copy and creative assets in alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization adjustments.
  • Track and report on key metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per lead.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting.
  • Support conference planning, logistics, and event-related marketing outreach.
  • Participate in meetings with U.S.-based stakeholders to provide campaign updates and performance results.
