Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing, ideally in affiliate or high-volume environments.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling large advertising budgets on Meta and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental, and performance-oriented environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to react quickly under pressure and adapt to platform changes.
  • Strong English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and YouTube, with potential involvement in TikTok.
  • Manage and allocate significant ad budgets while continuously improving return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and content creators to deploy effective ad assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues such as ad rejections, policy violations, tracking discrepancies, and delivery problems.
  • Work independently to scale winning campaigns and test new growth opportunities.
  • Communicate daily updates and coordinate activities with team members via remote collaboration tools.
