Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting HubSpot and/or Pipedrive
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Solid sales, business, and marketing background
  • AI experience required, including prompt engineering, AI tool selection, and real-world implementation
  • Comfort working in a client-facing role, leading calls, and presenting on camera
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations
  • Examples of past work such as built dashboards or automations
  • Resumes must be submitted in English

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize HubSpot and Pipedrive for small sales teams
  • Design simple, effective CRM processes aligned with client sales workflows
  • Build meaningful dashboards including pipeline, conversions, lead sources, and velocity
  • Lead client calls and training sessions
  • Clean and maintain CRM data and workflows
  • Troubleshoot integrations and automations
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Build automation workflows using CRM and integration tools
