Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads).
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end (Facebook/Instagram).
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with landing page platforms like Unbounce or Instapage.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Preferred: Familiarity with HubSpot, CallRail, or other CRM/call tracking systems.
- Preferred: Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page updates.
- Preferred: Experience in B2B, home services, or franchise/multi-location organizations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads.
- Manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including brand awareness, lead generation, and remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, manage match types, and adjust bid strategies for optimal performance.
- Optimize landing pages using A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, forms, and layouts to improve conversion rates.
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports monitoring CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and CTR.
- Monitor advertising budgets and pacing daily to identify efficiency and scaling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to present actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
