  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of experience with Sales Operations or a Revenue Team.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with B2B Automation Tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with Revenue-Facing AI Tools.
  • Experience with Large Data Management and data analysis via spreadsheet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Admin experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate GTM business requirements into technical user stories and manage the development sprint backlog.
  • Optimize the RevOps Case Board, handle triage, and ensure SLA compliance for system fixes.
  • Govern the opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce to ensure deal accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Design and maintain project management frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain high-integrity data across tools and establish automated checks for pipeline accuracy.
  • Serve as System Owner for revenue tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Execute standardized external partner reports and prepare metrics for quarterly partner reviews.
