Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce administration skills or proven ability to master a CRM system quickly.
  • Exceptional proficiency with technology and spreadsheets.
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to own ambiguous, detail-heavy work under pressure.
  • Clear written and spoken English for coordination with the U.S. team.
  • Self-directed and dependable for working in a fully distributed remote team.
  • Experience managing CRM records including invoices, contacts, and reports.
  • Capacity to learn new tools and assemble data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate customers from newly acquired alarm companies into Salesforce, including account, contact, and billing record creation.
  • Configure customer billing cycles, recurring line items, and connection to central monitoring stations.
  • Manage complex multi-location accounts and coordinate post-close integration with leadership.
  • Calculate RMR and generate monthly attrition reports accounting for price changes, cancellations, and transfers.
  • Maintain recurring-revenue data, tracking trends over a rolling six-month period.
  • Process account updates including billing changes, service scope modifications, and address updates.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) with the Customer Success Director.
  • Provide transitional support for monitoring platform communication and emergency dispatch verification.
