Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales quota attainment and solutions sales experience in software or high-technology offerings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospect to close.
- Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Tableau.
- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to work in a matrixed organization.
- Strong people-focused skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate account and territory ownership alignment to support sales execution and deal progression.
- Validate partner eligibility, compliance, and program status to unblock live deals.
- Clarify customer segmentation and escalation paths to resolve ownership disputes.
- Resolve rebate, MDF, and incentive issues linked to active sales cycles.
- Provide guidance on quoting, pricing exceptions, and Letters of Authorization.
- Troubleshoot partner portal access and permission issues.
- Create and validate new customer accounts and partner associations.
- Support technical validation and solution architecture alignment.
