Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or commercial analytics in a B2B or global technology environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales reporting/quote tools
- Proven ability to build sales forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and performance measurement frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements
- Solid understanding of sales processes, solution selling concepts, and commercial operations best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to sales strategy and execution
- Experience in training, onboarding, and enabling sales teams on systems and tools
- Certifications in methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Solution Selling are a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data and profitability trends to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
- Design and implement sales performance measurement frameworks, including forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and KPI dashboards
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems (including Salesforce and quote tools) to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
- Develop and distribute regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support pipeline management initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across sales systems
- Lead onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales team members on tools, systems, and sales processes
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and work closely with leadership to implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate cross-functional with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of data, reporting, and execution
