Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or commercial analytics in a B2B or global technology environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales reporting/quote tools
  • Proven ability to build sales forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, solution selling concepts, and commercial operations best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to sales strategy and execution
  • Experience in training, onboarding, and enabling sales teams on systems and tools
  • Certifications in methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Solution Selling are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data and profitability trends to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Design and implement sales performance measurement frameworks, including forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and KPI dashboards
  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems (including Salesforce and quote tools) to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
  • Develop and distribute regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Support pipeline management initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across sales systems
  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales team members on tools, systems, and sales processes
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and work closely with leadership to implement scalable solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functional with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of data, reporting, and execution
