Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of experience with Sales Operations or a Revenue Team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with B2B Automation Tools.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with Revenue-facing AI tools.
  • Strong data management and analysis skills using spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Salesforce Admin experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic Project Manager, translating GTM business requirements into technical user stories and managing development sprints.
  • Own and optimize the RevOps Case Board and development queue, ensuring SLA compliance for systemic fixes.
  • Govern the opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance prior to closure.
  • Manage the revenue tech stack, specifically serving as System Owner for Apollo.io and LinkedIn outreach tools.
  • Execute standardized external partner reports and prepare metrics for high-stakes quarterly partner reviews.
  • Validate and maintain centralized tracking for prospect and client eligibility to ensure a single source of truth.
