Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of experience with Sales Operations or a Revenue Team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with B2B Automation Tools.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with Revenue-facing AI tools.
- Strong data management and analysis skills using spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Salesforce Admin experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic Project Manager, translating GTM business requirements into technical user stories and managing development sprints.
- Own and optimize the RevOps Case Board and development queue, ensuring SLA compliance for systemic fixes.
- Govern the opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance prior to closure.
- Manage the revenue tech stack, specifically serving as System Owner for Apollo.io and LinkedIn outreach tools.
- Execute standardized external partner reports and prepare metrics for high-stakes quarterly partner reviews.
- Validate and maintain centralized tracking for prospect and client eligibility to ensure a single source of truth.
