Job Details

4+ years in product management, focusing on consumer growth, onboarding, activation, or two-sided marketplaces.
Proven experience shipping work that materially improved funnel metrics or activation curves.
Deep understanding of funnel mechanics, conversion optimization, and instrumentation.
Experience managing experimentation programs beyond one-off A/B tests.
Ability to balance competing needs between distinct user types in a two-sided platform.
Track record of direct user engagement and translating research into product decisions.
Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams on trade-offs and planning.
Proficiency with funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and experiment design.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align stakeholders across marketing, design, and success teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Drive activation, conversion, and retention across the entire applicant journey from discovery through offer signing.
Manage the recruiter platform experience to optimize source, screen, and placement workflows.
Identify and ship features that enhance network effects between healthcare students and employers.
Conduct deep user research with students and recruiters to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with marketing on top-of-funnel performance and acquisition-to-product handoffs.
Partner with customer success to translate employer platform feedback into product investment.
Execute a disciplined experimentation program to improve testing and analysis practices.
