Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years experience owning a consumer retention, engagement, or post-purchase surface.
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or other regulated consumer categories.
- Proven track record of moving retention or LTV metrics.
- Strong analytical fluency including capability to write SQL queries and build dashboards.
- Experience using product analytics tools such as Looker and Amplitude.
- Experience working with operational and clinical stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and prioritize the roadmap for the post-purchase patient journey.
- Improve digital patient experience including provider messaging, check-ins, lab results, and subscription management.
- Drive operational improvements for physical journeys such as lab completions and clinical protocol syncing.
- Identify and remove friction points to reduce churn and improve patient retention.
- Partner with growth teams to drive cross-protocol adoption through in-product experiences.
- Instrument and track key performance metrics including LTV, retention, and protocol compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and support teams to incorporate feedback into product decisions.
