Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years experience owning a consumer retention, engagement, or post-purchase surface.
  • Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or other regulated consumer categories.
  • Proven track record of moving retention or LTV metrics.
  • Strong analytical fluency including capability to write SQL queries and build dashboards.
  • Experience using product analytics tools such as Looker and Amplitude.
  • Experience working with operational and clinical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and prioritize the roadmap for the post-purchase patient journey.
  • Improve digital patient experience including provider messaging, check-ins, lab results, and subscription management.
  • Drive operational improvements for physical journeys such as lab completions and clinical protocol syncing.
  • Identify and remove friction points to reduce churn and improve patient retention.
  • Partner with growth teams to drive cross-protocol adoption through in-product experiences.
  • Instrument and track key performance metrics including LTV, retention, and protocol compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and support teams to incorporate feedback into product decisions.
