Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on growth, SaaS, or data-driven products.
  • Proven experience leading product-led growth initiatives in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in metrics, experimentation, and data interpretation.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks, product analytics tools, and user behavior analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data analysis, user research, and market insights.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize product performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ship scalable product improvements.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure product health and growth impact.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives across the funnel.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and execution plans.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on insights and results.
