Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering platform, MarTech, CRM, or growth marketing products.
- Proven track record defining strategy, setting roadmaps, and launching complex cross-functional products.
- Hands-on proficiency with experimentation design, analysis, and SQL or product analytics tools.
- Experience partnering directly with Marketing stakeholders to improve campaign performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for aligning senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with marketing transformation or platform unification initiatives.
- Background in lifecycle or performance marketing, including segmentation and attribution.
- Familiarity with AI/ML features, LLMs, prompt orchestration, and safety guardrails.
- Knowledge of MarTech ecosystems like CDPs, ESPs, and experimentation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-half roadmap for an end-to-end growth marketing platform.
- Translate marketer needs into platform capabilities like audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization.
- Partner with Engineering and ML to ship AI- and agentic-powered features that automate marketing workflows.
- Define KPIs for marketing efficiency, instrument analytics, and lead experimentation frameworks like A/B testing.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Design, Privacy, and Finance.
- Drive platform adoption through documentation, enablement, and training for marketing stakeholders.
