Requirements

  • Significant, recent experience in B2B SaaS sales in a closing role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated success navigating large and complex enterprise customers.
  • Experience with a value-selling methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS selling to Production, Marketing, and IT personas.
  • Proficiency with sales technology stacks including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • Ability to create and execute effective, highly-personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Strong consultative relationship-building skills, specifically at the C-Suite level.
  • Ability to perform multi-threading of target accounts.
  • AI fluency and experience using AI tools responsibly.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter for meetings, trade shows, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth within a list of key named accounts.
  • Execute a clear land-and-expand sales strategy.
  • Reach a quota of $1.4M in ARR.
  • Build $300K+ in pipeline in each of your first two quarters.
  • Close $175K in the second quarter and $350K+ per quarter thereafter.
  • Navigate complex closing processes involving Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec stakeholders.
