Requirements
- Significant, recent experience in B2B SaaS sales in a closing role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success navigating large and complex enterprise customers.
- Experience with a value-selling methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS selling to Production, Marketing, and IT personas.
- Proficiency with sales technology stacks including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
- Ability to create and execute effective, highly-personalized outreach campaigns.
- Strong consultative relationship-building skills, specifically at the C-Suite level.
- Ability to perform multi-threading of target accounts.
- AI fluency and experience using AI tools responsibly.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter for meetings, trade shows, and events.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Drive revenue growth within a list of key named accounts.
- Execute a clear land-and-expand sales strategy.
- Reach a quota of $1.4M in ARR.
- Build $300K+ in pipeline in each of your first two quarters.
- Close $175K in the second quarter and $350K+ per quarter thereafter.
- Navigate complex closing processes involving Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec stakeholders.
