- 5+ years of experience leading frontline sales teams.
- Proven success leading teams in complex, multi-product environments.
- Experience selling to public sector, SLED, or public safety markets.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
- Ability to guide teams through long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience structuring multi-year, multi-product agreements.
- Strong executive presence with C-level communication skills.
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
- Residency within one hour of a major airport in the Northeast U.S.
Responsibilities
- Directly lead and develop a team of high-performing Key Account Executives.
- Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the strategic accounts segment.
- Drive multi-product, multi-year, enterprise agreements across the Axon ecosystem.
- Manage forecast accuracy and performance against quarterly and annual booking targets.
- Act as executive sponsor on high-impact opportunities and large-scale renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale impact and influence product roadmaps.
