  • Experience selling to public sector, SLED, or public safety markets.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Ability to guide teams through long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience structuring multi-year, multi-product agreements.
  • Strong executive presence with C-level communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
  • Residency within one hour of a major airport in the Northeast U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead and develop a team of high-performing Key Account Executives.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the strategic accounts segment.
  • Drive multi-product, multi-year, enterprise agreements across the Axon ecosystem.
  • Manage forecast accuracy and performance against quarterly and annual booking targets.
  • Act as executive sponsor on high-impact opportunities and large-scale renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale impact and influence product roadmaps.
