Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of professional sales experience selling solutions and services to large enterprise organizations.
  • In-depth experience in AOR/EOR, Direct Sourcing solutions, Human Capital, Talent Cloud, VMS, RPO, or MSPs.
  • Strong experience in solution-based selling.
  • Proven success directly managing a complex sales cycle and achieving consistent quota/goals.
  • Experience articulating compelling value propositions and positioning consultative sales approaches to senior audiences.
  • Strong existing network of influencers and decision makers at key prospects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite and executives in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Legal preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update a territory plan to prioritize targets, set goals, and formulate relationship building strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and share insights on the extended workforce market.
  • Articulate the value and differentiation of solutions to align with an enterprise’s workforce strategy.
  • Research and navigate prospect organizational landscapes to identify key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, HR, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Lead proposal development and RFP responses in coordination with Sales Operations.
  • Manage the contracting process through close coordination with the Legal and Contracting team.
  • Maintain consistent updates in Salesforce CRM to support pipeline growth and forecast discussions.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
