Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the K-12 EdTech industry.
- Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding large sales quotas.
- Experience selling curriculum, Assessment, Data warehouse, and/or MTSS products.
- Extensive experience in networking, prospecting, and pipeline generation.
- Proficiency with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Proven success in sales forecasting.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers and prospects.
- Experience using AI tools for efficiency and productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in an agile, autonomous environment.
- Executive presence suitable for consulting with district-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for districts within the assigned territory, from initial prospecting to final closing.
- Manage pipeline creation, forecasting, and lead generation campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as an expert on regional funding, state initiatives, and the K-12 landscape to develop strategic account plans.
- Achieve individual revenue targets through consultative sales, navigating multiple stakeholders, and engineering tailored solutions.
- Engage with executive leadership to discuss deal strategies and industry trends.
