Requirements
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier institution in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Strategic Sales or Consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Big 4).
- Experience in high-growth environments or enterprise-level partnerships.
- Ability to master new industry nuances rapidly to build credibility with senior leaders.
- Proven executive presence with strong communication skills for boardrooms and large-scale presentations.
- Founder mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build playbooks from the ground up.
- Deep sense of grit and curiosity for solving complex organizational problems.
- Commitment to transforming ticketing landscapes and replacing legacy systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for securing and scaling partnerships within the Power 4 (SEC, Big Ten, ACC, Big 12).
- Act as a trusted advisor to Athletic Directors, CFOs, and university leadership with executive-level presence.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and complex sales cycles across multi-stakeholder environments.
- Bridge the gap between central administration, IT, and athletic departments to align operational, technical, and economic buyers.
- Define and execute sales strategy for Power 4 and Ivy League accounts in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Shape product roadmaps to ensure the company remains a leader in the collegiate sports ecosystem.
- Orchestrate sophisticated, long-term deals requiring high-touch relationship management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the collegiate sports ecosystem and travel as needed.
