Requirements
- 7+ years experience in marketplace management with strong Amazon (1P/3P) and Walmart (1P/3P) expertise.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Experience leading conversations at the executive level.
- Prior experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical ability with comfort in Excel/Sheets.
- Commercial mindset to identify revenue opportunities and influence decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own client success and portfolio revenue for a set of full-service clients.
- Drive the development of annual strategic roadmaps, growth plans, and promotional calendars.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, overseeing workload allocation and performance.
- Lead client conversations and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Ensure delivery across media, creative, retail, supply chain, and marketplace operations.
- Monitor account performance, review reporting, and translate data into clear insights.
- Work cross-functionally with media, retail, creative, and analytics teams.
