Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Strong track record in account management, retail marketing, or field-level client support.
  • Hands-on retail automotive experience (Tier 2 / Tier 3, dealer or franchise networks).
  • Fluency with store-level performance data and ability to translate data into creative/media direction.
  • Operational discipline to manage a high volume of concurrent projects independently.
  • Experience building client-ready decks and using project management tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with operationally focused, market-driven clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
  • Confident communication skills for delivering client-facing materials without heavy oversight.
  • Ability to codify briefs and direct internal creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute campaign strategy at the market and store level, translating brand direction into localized, actionable plans.
  • Own market-level and store-level workstreams end-to-end, including scoping, briefing, timelines, creative review, and delivery.
  • Build quick-turn materials, localized assets, and market-specific adaptations.
  • Coordinate across creative, production, and media to keep retail campaigns moving efficiently.
  • Manage a broad, concurrent portfolio of campaigns, grand openings, sponsorships, and activations.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to shape briefs and provide proactive direction to the internal creative team.
  • Serve as the day-to-day resource for field account leads to resolve issues and provide necessary assets.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with marketing directors and key General Managers across assigned markets.
