- Strong written English proficiency.
- Ability to read and analyze dense technical documents for long stretches.
- Comfort comparing source material against AI-generated output.
- Reliable on committed hours and daily communication.
- Clear, specific, and actionable feedback style.
- Comfort writing short customer-facing notes.
- Basic proficiency with browser-based tools, Slack, spreadsheets, and task trackers.
- Preferred: Prior experience in deployment, QA, technical support, technical writing, or research.
- Preferred: Experience working with technical manuals, parts catalogs, or engineering documentation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Markdown.
Responsibilities
- Review source documents to ensure AI agents accurately capture technical facts.
- Test customer demo agents using realistic product questions.
- Verify citation accuracy against manuals and prevent hallucinated specifications.
- Check visual artifacts like troubleshooting flows, product comparisons, and install walkthroughs.
- Flag missing documentation, incorrect specs, or unsafe AI responses.
- Draft concise, specific feedback for engineering and deployment teams.
- Prepare demo and trial workspaces for sales calls and customer uploads.
- Update account and deal context in Attio and Slack.
- Support the customer deal lifecycle through trial QA and feedback routing.
