Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or people operations at a fast-moving tech company.
  • Proven experience supporting employee onboarding and people programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume priorities effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Experience scaling or improving HR systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated interest in using AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on candidate experience.
  • High ownership mentality and initiative to fix broken processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting coordination for open roles to ensure a consistent hiring experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Manage the recruiting tech stack including ATS administration, templates, reporting, and vendor management.
  • Support the full offer process from approval coordination to candidate logistics.
  • Identify and implement AI and modern tooling to automate and streamline recruiting and HR processes.
  • Design and own a scalable, high-quality onboarding journey for new hires from offer through their first few months.
  • Maintain data accuracy across HRIS and ATS platforms while coordinating employee lifecycle events.
