Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Available to work the Second Shift (1PM-10PM ET) with variable days, including weekends.
- Ability to take initiative and advocate for customer success.
- Proven capability to offer support across multiple communication channels.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies such as social media, landing pages, or email platforms is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute in a remote team environment.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Comfort using collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Meet, Confluence, and JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Provide multi-channel support via live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for customers and provide product education.
- Share marketing best practices to help customers grow their businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams on special projects to improve the overall customer experience.
- Proactively advocate for new product features and departmental process enhancements.
- Work variable days including some weekend days on the Second Shift (1PM-10PM ET).
