Responsibilities
- Offer support over multiple channels including livechat, email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide product education to customers.
- Relay marketing best practices to help customers grow their businesses.
- Work on special projects to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members across the company to ensure customer-centric decision making.
- Advocate for process enhancements within the customer solutions department.
- Bubble up suggestions for new product features based on customer interactions.
