  • Offer support over multiple channels including livechat, email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide product education to customers.
  • Relay marketing best practices to help customers grow their businesses.
  • Work on special projects to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members across the company to ensure customer-centric decision making.
  • Advocate for process enhancements within the customer solutions department.
  • Bubble up suggestions for new product features based on customer interactions.
