Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Second Life resident.
  • Advanced knowledge of land management, land products, and virtual economy (LindeX).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support in a tech, gaming, or virtual platform.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for real-time interactions.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure across multiple platforms and tools.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong patience and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and non-traditional schedules.
  • Interest in learning and applying AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to high-value Concierge and Premium Plus members via phone, live chat, and tickets.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues by reviewing activity and feedback.
  • Lead virtual whiteboarding sessions to map out and solve complex problems.
  • Utilize AI assistive technologies to manage customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Engage with customers across platforms including in-world, Discord, forums, and social media.
  • Leverage backend tools to diagnose and resolve region performance and system issues.
  • Handle 50+ customer interactions daily while maintaining a satisfaction score of at least 4.
