Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Second Life resident.
- Advanced knowledge of land management, land products, and virtual economy (LindeX).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support in a tech, gaming, or virtual platform.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills for real-time interactions.
- Ability to multitask under pressure across multiple platforms and tools.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong patience and empathy.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and non-traditional schedules.
- Interest in learning and applying AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to high-value Concierge and Premium Plus members via phone, live chat, and tickets.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues by reviewing activity and feedback.
- Lead virtual whiteboarding sessions to map out and solve complex problems.
- Utilize AI assistive technologies to manage customer inquiries and escalations.
- Engage with customers across platforms including in-world, Discord, forums, and social media.
- Leverage backend tools to diagnose and resolve region performance and system issues.
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily while maintaining a satisfaction score of at least 4.
