Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role.
- Proven ability to drive engagement, retention, and expansion in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience owning net revenue retention and expansion metrics for a defined book of business.
- Experience managing large-scale software rollouts in complex organizational environments.
- Experience designing training programs for non-technical users.
- Comfort using data to pull reports, track health metrics, and translate numbers into action.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction.
- Interest in the legal industry or language analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships end-to-end from onboarding through retention and expansion.
- Drive meaningful engagement and accelerate the adoption of AI-powered workflows.
- Deepen product usage across law firm practice groups and matter types.
- Act as the voice of the user by translating feedback into product insights.
- Partner with the product team to shape future product development.
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes for customer partnership.
