- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and documenting operational systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and consistent follow-through.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Google Drive, and Airtable, with adaptability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the organization in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage and mentor operations team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support on priorities and execution.
- Act as a primary liaison between sales and program teams to ensure alignment, resolve operational issues, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Own and optimize operational systems, tools, and infrastructure required for effective program delivery and organizational performance.
- Support program execution directly when needed, including onboarding coordination, account setup, and operational implementation.
- Lead operational projects involving tool implementation, workflow design, and process automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Identify inefficiencies across teams and drive solutions that enhance speed, quality, and measurable outcomes.
