Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or similar analytical roles.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or high-growth startup environments strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from design through execution.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience building financial models, business cases, or performance metrics frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex ideas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and limited structure.
- Passion for improving access to pediatric mental health care and mission-driven impact work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and results measurement.
- Translate executive priorities into clear operational frameworks, workflows, and implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate alignment across Clinical, Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure coordinated execution.
- Build financial models, business cases, and analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions before issues emerge.
- Partner with data teams to define performance metrics and dashboards that track business and operational outcomes.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying automation opportunities and long-term structural enhancements.
