Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from design through delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, financial models, or operational metrics frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and synthesize complex information.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in healthcare or a high-growth startup is strongly preferred.
- Genuine passion for transforming access to pediatric mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of high-priority operational initiatives end to end, from early strategy through implementation and measurable results.
- Lead strategy discussions with executive sponsors, ensuring operational scalability is built into decisions from day one.
- Translate abstract, conceptual ideas into structured operational solutions, workflows, and blueprints.
- Coordinate working groups across Clinical, Operations, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams, keeping stakeholders accountable.
- Build analyses, financial models, and operational business cases to equip leadership with data for decision-making.
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to define, build, and refine operational metrics and dashboards.
- Diagnose operational inefficiencies, surface root causes, and recommend targeted process improvements.
