Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People Business Partner, HRBP, or People Strategy roles supporting technical and/or GTM organizations.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and translating business strategy into effective people programs and outcomes.
  • Strong experience in high-growth, distributed, or international environments, ideally within product-led or engineering-driven companies.
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and performance systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience leading or supporting organizational change at scale, including communication, alignment, and adoption strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence without formal authority.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
  • Experience managing employee relations, performance improvement, and complex people situations with sound judgment.
  • Commitment to building inclusive, equitable, and high-trust workplace cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders across technical and GTM organizations to define and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
  • Drive core people programs including performance calibrations, compensation reviews, employee engagement surveys, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Advise and coach managers to build high-performing, inclusive, and psychologically safe teams with strong accountability and trust.
  • Use people data and organizational insights to identify trends, diagnose issues, and influence leadership decisions proactively.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment initiatives to support business scalability.
  • Support and guide performance management processes, including performance improvement plans, employee relations, and offboarding with care and consistency.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner in change management initiatives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adoption across teams.
  • Embed inclusive practices and DEI principles into all people programs, policies, and leadership coaching efforts.
