  • Change management experience.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a high performing, inclusive culture aligned with organizational values and strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce strategies and strategic workforce planning.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design to support strategic priorities and scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to support hiring strategies aligned with business needs.

  • Address employee relations issues with a balanced, business-focused and employee-centered approach.
  • Deliver HR projects, programs, and strategies in alignment with team goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and integrate them into company policies.
