Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, preferably within a Professional Services organization at a software or SaaS company.
  • Proven experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and other business stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer engagement, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing processes and business requirements.
  • Proven experience managing customer escalations at all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, budgets, profitability, and margins.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and consistently following repeatable project management processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex projects and programs to support successful customer implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth's platform.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and execute mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, changes, and progress clearly and consistently to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Irth customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and project execution.
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and proactively identify additional resources needed to address implementation needs and customer issues.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate project management and change-control practices.
  • Ensure project deliverables, internal processes, SOPs, and client-facing documentation remain accurate, current, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Track project outcomes, including ROI and customer success metrics, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
