Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in building management systems or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the mission-critical or data center industry.
- Advanced knowledge of low voltage systems including structured cabling, access control, and CCTV.
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex BMS schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore and MS Project.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor field teams and subcontractors.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel domestically to support project sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage low voltage projects for data centers from design to construction completion.
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality installation practices.
- Oversee procurement of BMS materials and equipment.
- Manage change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the commissioning team to ensure seamless integration and project turnover.
- Advocate safety as the primary priority on the jobsite.
