Requirements
- PMP certification.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with significant focus on enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Strong technical acumen: hands-on familiarity with data integration/ETL concepts, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise IT environments.
- Demonstrated track record delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations on time and on budget.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging directly with VP/C-suite sponsors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related enterprise financial/SaaS software is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
- Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies, managing change control processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring proper resource allocation for project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.
- Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project execution.
