Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex customer-facing technical projects within SaaS, enterprise software, or EdTech organizations.
- Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent enterprise customer projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing projects involving software deployments, SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, technical integrations, and data migrations.
- Ability to present project roadmaps and status updates to executive leadership.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exceptional executive presence to influence and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing technical projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
- Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned customer engagements, managing stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints using RAID logs.
- Prepare and distribute weekly executive status reports summarizing project health and progress.
- Identify and implement opportunities for project management process improvement.
