Requirements
- BA or BS or equivalent experience required; MA or MS is a plus.
- Operations and technical project delivery experience with a database agency or technology company.
- Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
- Experience with CRM, Email, SMS, and CDP technologies.
- Proficiency in Enterprise-Level PPM software (e.g., Jira, Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne, Resource Guru).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Office tools, and dashboard tools.
- Strong initiative with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to grasp complex technical issues and translate them for business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and rolling out business and operational processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, work breakdown structure, and schedule while focusing on value delivery.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Assist in team development, hold teams accountable, and remove roadblocks.
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communication.
- Define and champion best practices for Agile Project Management.
- Lead fact-gathering sessions to capture and mitigate areas of risk.
- Present status updates on a portfolio of initiatives and own issue resolution.
