Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability as a clear and direct communicator using plain language.
- Editorial backbone with the confidence to challenge senior leaders.
- Deep empathy and experience writing for a diverse audience.
- Systems-thinker capable of creating templates, frameworks, and philosophies.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a track record of managing multi-channel rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Own the content strategy, agenda, and speaker prep for all-company forums including All Hands and quarterly OKR updates.
- Partner with executive leadership and PR to support company-wide change management needs.
- Establish a framework to define appropriate communication plans based on scale, complexity, and sensitivity.
- Manage a comprehensive communications calendar to sequence updates deliberately.
- Embed with the clinical team to understand their audience, strategic roadmap, and historical challenges.
- Partner with clinical leaders and operational dyads to build communication into initiative planning.
- Act as editorial thought partner to clinical and operational leaders, drafting messaging and providing feedback on communication rhythms.
