Requirements
- 7+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth technology organizations.
- Deep understanding of GTM operating models, SaaS/CPaaS sales motion dynamics, and partner ecosystem strategies.
- Proven track record of designing talent strategies that drive business outcomes and growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and talent retention at scale.
- Strong proficiency in data, analytics, AI, and automation to inform strategy.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex, cross-functional decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting GTM, sales enablement, or industry relations teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted HR advisor to 1 SVP and 4 VPs across IR&SG, Partners, and GTM SOE.
- Develop and execute talent strategies that drive revenue enablement and organizational performance.
- Conduct strategic workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and capability assessments.
- Design global organizational structures to improve efficiency and cross-functional agility.
- Utilize HR analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to guide leadership decisions.
- Lead change management initiatives for workforce planning, AI adoption, and reorganizations.
- Provide coaching to senior leaders on performance management and strategic thinking.
