We help patients access and stay on critical therapies.

Engineering at Claritas Rx

Our Ascend® Platform is a cloud-hosted SaaS solution. It combines advanced analytics, real-world patient data, AI, and intelligent case management. You will build across a modern tech stack. We use TypeScript for our entire codebase, both frontend and backend. Our backend is NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, and AWS DynamoDB. The frontend features React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Radix UI. We deploy cloud-native applications within AWS, utilizing CDK, ECS, and Lambda. Engineers solve challenging problems in security, distributed systems, and large-scale system maintenance. We actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development and integrate LLM capabilities. You will ship features that give biopharma companies actionable clinical and business insights.
