- Own the detailed project plan across multiple active implementations, covering all workstreams like data onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Manage the Sales-to-Implementation intake process, validate SOW commitments, and lead weekly client status calls with RAG reporting.
- Act as primary point of contact for data partners, including specialty pharmacies, hubs, and distributors, handling SFTP/API/EDI setup and validation.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scheduling, material distribution, defect triage, and documentation of client sign-off.
- Identify and escalate implementation risks and blockers to leadership while developing mitigation plans to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure rigorous internal QA standards are met, using Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence to track configuration and custom build progress.
- Own the transition package for hand-off to Customer Success upon project completion.
- Conduct internal lessons learned sessions to continuously improve implementation workflows and partner communication.
