Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably at a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology company.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, custom properties, reporting, and integrations.
  • Comfort working in flexible CRM environments such as Airtable, Notion, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups).
  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms like Gong.
  • Proficiency using AI tools like Claude to analyze data and build workflows.
  • SQL proficiency and experience with a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication and documentation habits.
  • Bias toward action and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot and Airtable CRM, including object configuration and integrations.
  • Maintain data quality and manage the commercial tech stack vendor relationships.
  • Build and maintain pipeline, funnel, and forecast reporting for commercial leadership.
  • Partner with Finance to align reporting and ensure revenue is tracked accurately.
  • Document sales processes, define workflows, and enable the commercial team through scalable SOPs.
  • Use AI tools like Claude for data analysis, drafting documentation, and maintaining automations.
  • Run ad-hoc analyses for sales and marketing leadership regarding deal scoring and win/loss patterns.
