Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or Customer operations role.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- Proven experience developing strategies to scale revenue teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with customer success platforms such as ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Gainsight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong detail-orientation with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous startup-like environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated passion for designing scalable, repeatable processes and programs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage business tools to optimize team workflows and process improvement goals.
- Leverage technology and automation to increase efficiency in deal closing and value delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to implement and refine processes across all revenue functions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Use data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and success metrics.
- Work with leadership to execute customer success strategies, including retention and expansion.
- Analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and optimize engagement.
- Create data-driven workflows to identify at-risk accounts for proactive team action.
