Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting, and data models.
- SQL proficiency is required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements.
- Systems-oriented problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated 'get it done' mentality and ability to take project ownership.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience with BI platforms and customer success systems (e.g., Gainsight, Vitally).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to build and scale operational processes for onboarding, retention, renewals, and growth.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics including retention, expansion, customer health, and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the post-sales customer journey, collaborating with Sales, Product, Finance, and Data teams.
- Optimize the Customer Success technology stack and ensure data integrity across Salesforce, CS platforms, and BI tools.
- Write and analyze SQL queries to extract, validate, and model data for business decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and tooling improvements to enable organizational scale.
