Requirements

  • 4-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years working in Salesforce (reporting, data management).
  • Experience with CPQ preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with complex, multi-source datasets.
  • Strong experience with data validation, reconciliation, and QA processes.
  • Experience owning projects end-to-end and driving organizational adoption.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Experience in media sales, advertising, or retail advertising.
  • Preferred: Exposure to retail media networks or partner-led GTM models.

Responsibilities

  • Own data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce, BI tools, and partner reporting.
  • Define and maintain data dictionaries and metric logic.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting using BI tools like Quick Suite and Looker.
  • Define and document sales processes, SOPs, and exception handling frameworks in Confluence.
  • Analyze sales workflows to drive automation and reduce friction across cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for deal structuring and process exceptions.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives aligned to growth.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and maintain data accuracy.
