Requirements
- 4-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
- 3+ years working in Salesforce (reporting, data management).
- Experience with CPQ preferred.
- Proven ability to work with complex, multi-source datasets.
- Strong experience with data validation, reconciliation, and QA processes.
- Experience owning projects end-to-end and driving organizational adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience in media sales, advertising, or retail advertising.
- Preferred: Exposure to retail media networks or partner-led GTM models.
Responsibilities
- Own data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce, BI tools, and partner reporting.
- Define and maintain data dictionaries and metric logic.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reporting using BI tools like Quick Suite and Looker.
- Define and document sales processes, SOPs, and exception handling frameworks in Confluence.
- Analyze sales workflows to drive automation and reduce friction across cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for deal structuring and process exceptions.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives aligned to growth.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and maintain data accuracy.
