Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in product management roles.
- Proven track record of product management within a Neobank, Digital Bank, or high-growth Fintech environment.
- Demonstrated success taking products from ideation to launch and scaling them as an individual contributor.
- Experience driving user adoption, managing legacy data migrations, and optimizing commercial metrics (AUM, FX, and transaction revenues).
- Fluent with AI applications and familiar with AI evaluations (evals) to drive feature development.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills using structured, data-driven frameworks.
- Strong sense of extreme ownership, high agency, and accountability for outcomes.
- Ability to execute product strategy and GTM without dedicated marketing support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge engineering and commercial teams.
- Fluent in English with clear listening and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth trajectory and go-to-market execution for Sleek Business Account (SBA) and In-House Payroll Solution.
- Drive rapid customer adoption and expand Assets Under Management (AUM) for the SBA product.
- Increase the volume of active employees utilizing the Payroll software system.
- Increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic product monetization, including FX and transaction revenues.
- Manage legacy data migrations and optimize commercial product metrics.
- Lead product strategy and delivery, partnering closely with a dedicated engineering squad.
- Maintain product roadmaps and deliver product commitments under aggressive timelines.
