Requirements
- Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field
- Minimum 3-7 years of clinical research experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience leading a project
- Experience managing regional or complex global clinical trials
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and project management techniques
- Experience working in a cross-functional project management environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point-of-contact and primary escalation point to the client
- Coordinate and oversee all functional services and external vendors to established timelines and budgets
- Manage study budget, profitability, billable hours, and accurate forecasting
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and proactive risk management
- Ensure quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and corrective action plans
- Prepare project status updates, key performance indicator reports, and lead internal and client meetings
- Support business development, including travel to bid defence meetings
