Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-7 years of clinical research experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of project leadership experience.
- Experience managing regional trials and supporting global trials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for the client.
- Coordinate and oversee all functional services and external vendors according to timelines and budget.
- Manage study budgets, ensuring project remains within scope and monitoring financial health.
- Develop robust project plans, including timelines and proactive risk management.
- Ensure quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and corrective action plans.
- Monitor trial and team progress through tracking metrics and key performance indicators.
- Lead both internal and client meetings and set expectations for the project team.
- Communicate effectively with client and management regarding protocol or study issues.
